Registered Nurse Lactation Consultant

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin seeks a Registered Nurse Lactation Consultant to provide expert breastfeeding support to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will conduct lactation assessments, create individualized care plans, and offer bedside coaching on positioning, latch, pumping, and milk storage. Collaborating with obstetric, neonatal, and women’s services teams, you’ll promote evidence-based lactation practices, document care accurately, and participate in quality initiatives.
